5 Steps To A More Productive Time At Work

If you work in a traditional office environment, chances are, you spend most of the time sitting at your desk. Some people have outside meetings, errands to run and other reasons to move around during the day, but to those who don’t, staying physically active (which is tied to productivity)  at work can be a real challenge.

But Jamie Fertsch, Director and co-founder of NookDesk, created a solution to this problem.
